Unlike some other bedside cribs, the Roomie Glide is suitable for all beds, including divans, thanks to its straps and clip attachment. It can also be used as a standalone crib when it's not connected to the bed. It's full of amazing features designed with parent-baby bonding in mind.
One thing to keep in mind is that even though this crib is ideal for babies, it won't last long after your baby turns six months old, and you'll need to invest in larger cots. Overall, Roanna thought that the Joie Roomie Glide crib was an excellent purchase. She was impressed by its sleek design.
The Roomie Glide is available to purchase at John Lewis for PS160, which Roanna considered to be an affordable price for a cot with the most advanced features. She was pleased with the way it looked in her bedroom and thought the grey color would work in the majority of modern homes. However, she pointed that it's not an ideal idea to rock a smaller baby as it could set a bad habit for later sleep patterns.
The Tutti Bambini CoZee
The Tutti Bambini CoZee is an award-winning bedside crib that was designed with a safe night's sleep in mind. It features an adjustable side rail that can be easily adjusted to feed your child at night without disturbing them or causing them to get out of the bed. This is perfect for breastfeeding mothers! It's also light and easy to move around during naps or for travel.
It's made from soft materials and has mesh sides that are breathable to help promote airflow. It's available in charcoal and oak and comes with a variety of melange fabrics that work well with a variety of decor styles. Anna discovered that it was sturdy and secure once attached to her bed. The legs clicked into place and the zippers were secure for security. It took Anna about 10 minutes to put together and didn't require any tools. There are clear instructions along with a video and customer support number in case you experience any issues.

The Chicco Next2Me Magic
This is one of Chicco’s more expensive alternatives. However, it has a lot of great features. It's designed to function as a side sleeper or standalone crib and is suitable for babies up to six months. It has a new mechanism to open and close the side panel and is simple to use, even for one-handed operation. It's also more flexible than its predecessor with 11 different height levels and retractable feet for a secure fit under any bed.
Our testers loved the ease of access the side panel provides, which can be flipped up and down at the touch of a button. This was a huge benefit during feeding times at night as it meant that they could reach into and take their baby away without disturbing them.
It is possible to lower the side panel by itself, but this isn't advised, because it increases the chance that your child will be thrown out of the cot. The patented safety locking system ensures that the side panel will remain in place if it's connected correctly to the mattress of the parent. This is a great feature to have in place for peace of mind, especially when you're breastfeeding and need frequent feedings at night.
Telescopic legs allow the Chicco Next2Me Magic to be used with any bed including divan bases or beds with drawers. It comes with a tilting function for babies with reflux, as well as a rocking function to help ease them into sleep after a meal. It's also extremely large and has excellent ventilation thanks to its mesh sides.
Our testers found the Next2Me Magic easy to set up and use, though it does come with an extensive instruction manual. It's a bit heavier than some of the other side-sleepers, but it's very portable and can be moved from room to room easily. It can also be folded into a bag for travel, which is great when you need to transport it. The only issue our testers found is that the side panel didn't move as much as other models. This caused it to be a bit more difficult to see your baby from your bed.

The Shnuggle Air bedside crib is a great option if you want an infant crib that will grow with your child. It's a crib for co-sleeping that can be attached securely to your bed and can be converted into a stylish cot when your baby is old enough. It is ideal for feeding your baby at night and enhancing the bond between you and your new born.
The Shnuggle Air crib is designed to breathe, unlike some other models. Its dual-view mesh sides and airflow mattress that is breathable and hypoallergenic increase airflow to keep your baby cool and comfortable. The gentle incline helps ease reflux and colic. The zip-down side lets you to feed your baby or comfort them at night.
The conversion kit for cots (sold separately) is also well-designed, with clear instructions and everything you require to start. It took us an hour to construct and was fairly straightforward. The only drawback was the absence of captions written on a few of the images which made it difficult to understand certain steps. Overall, the procedure was simple and the materials used were of high quality.
In co-sleeping mode we discovered the Shnuggle Air to be an excellent option for breastfeeding mothers and women who have had a C-section, because it lets them easily reach out to their baby for feeding and comfort without having to climb out of their bed. It's also great for mothers who want to avoid the difficulty of getting in and out of a traditional cot or placing their baby down to sleep.
The motion of gliding was found to be very helpful in lulling babies into sleep after feedings during the midday or at night.
